If an order is not cancelled within one hour, cancellation requests will not be entertained. For prepaid orders that are cancelled within the specified timeframe, a complete refund will be initiated. The refunded amount will be credited to your account within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

OJA RITUALS reserves the right to refuse transactions or delay the refund process by 3-6 months for users with a prior history of questionable charges, such as the cancellation of bulk orders, occurring more than once.

You can submit a return request within 48 hours from the date of delivery. Approval of your return request is contingent upon the quality checks conducted by our team upon receiving the returned shipment. The refund will be initiated once the product(s) have been picked up from your location.

Within 24-48 business hours of us picking up the product(s) from your location, the refund for purchases made with credit/debit cards or net banking will be credited to the same account used for payment. The amount may take 3-7 working days to appear in your account. For orders paid through the cash on delivery mode, the amount will be refunded to your bank account after the necessary details have been collected by us.

Note: Gift cards are not eligible for returns.

You acknowledge that a return request may be initiated for a part of your order or for the entire order, under specific circumstances. The return option is applicable in the following scenarios:

Gift Box

For return requests related to pre-paid orders with a Gift Box, the amount paid for the Gift Box will not be refunded.

This clause shall survive the termination of your legal relationship with OJA RITUALS.

Limitation of Liability

 

The aggregate liability of OJA RITUALS, if any, that is established and ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction pursuant to a claim, shall in no event extend beyond the refund of the money charged from a Customer for purchases made pursuant to an Order under which such liability has arisen and been established.

It is acknowledged and agreed that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, OJA RITUALS shall not be liable, under any circumstances, whether in contract or in tort, for any indirect, special, consequential or incidental losses or damages, including on grounds of opportunity loss, loss of profit, loss of reputation or loss of business opportunities.

Termination

We do not take responsibility for data stored with third-party service providers.

Please note that any use of the Website after a Customer’s account has been closed will result in a legally binding relationship being entered into between OJA RITUALS and the Customer and becoming binding on both OJA RITUALS and the Customer, regardless of any prior termination.

OJA RITUALS may terminate the legal relationship at any time with or without cause and may do so immediately without prior notice and accordingly deny you access to the Website. Such termination will be without any liability to OJA RITUALS.

Upon any termination of the legal relationship by either you or OJA RITUALS, you must promptly destroy all contents downloaded or otherwise obtained from the Website, as well as all copies of Intellectual Property.

OJA RITUALS’s right to use and display any comments or reviews posted by you on the Website shall survive termination.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Severability

Delivery Timelines

Most orders are typically shipped out in 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) and delivered within 5-7 business days (maximum 12 business days).

You acknowledge that delivery may be delayed depending on the source of dispatch, warehouse and your destination pin code. The actual estimated date of delivery will be communicated to you once the product has been shipped.

However, product delivery may get delayed due to reasons beyond our control or attributable to logistics, national and public holidays, riots, political disturbance, natural calamity, act of god or any other such force majeure event. You agree that no refund or cancellation will be allowed due to any delay in delivering the products within the estimated time of delivery provided on the Website and/or communicated to you.

If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased order volumes.

Shipments

You acknowledge that one order with more than one product may be delivered in multiple shipments due to different warehouse locations.

All our orders are verified using codes sent via [text messages and/or e-mails] at the time of delivery (“Delivery Acceptance Codes”) to ensure secure delivery of orders. In the event that you do not receive a Delivery Acceptance Code at the time of delivery, you agree to provide the delivery personnel with a document which acts as an identity proof of the person who placed the order to complete the order.

 

Delivery Procedure

You agree that the products are carefully inspected after our system has processed your order to ensure that they are in good condition. Products are packaged and handed over to our reliable delivery partners after a final round of quality inspection.

The package is then delivered as soon as possible to you by one of our delivery partners. Our delivery partners may contact you should they face any trouble locating your address or should there be any unforeseen delay.

International Shipping

To get the product, customers must pay the customs charges, import taxes and other charges as may be required under applicable law which will be collected on the Website and thereafter paid to the authorities in the applicable jurisdiction.

Our products are carefully wrapped in paper wraps before being put in cartons for a safe delivery experience.
We take great pride in the calibre of our packaging and we take best endeavours not to use plastic.

Tracking Information

You will receive an email after your order has been shipped out with information on the tracking number and the courier service handling your order. You can check the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
